The establishment of SHINRAI Corporation was not the result of strategic planning among shareholders, nor was it founded to pursue wealth or a life of luxury.

Instead, SHINRAI was born from a close-knit circle of friends who came together with a simple, genuine intention — to support each other during unprecedented times.

Living in a foreign land while carrying the weight of family responsibilities, many of us often forgot to care for ourselves. The idea of forming a group, developing a system to save a fixed amount monthly, and assisting one another during emergencies became our shared mission.

It was deeply fulfilling to witness how quickly and effectively the plan came together.

Behind that success were core values — discipline, trust, mutual understanding, and professional commitment.

As time went on, our spirit grew stronger. We felt inspired to chase what we loved and leave our mark in the business world. We decided to launch a virtual company — to do the groundwork, study, and gain experience in working as a team.

SHINRAI Corporation was officially established on April 21, 2025, but its roots go back seven years earlier. Even before its formal inception, we had already made several investments in Nepal, and we are now planning to expand further, particularly in the Japanese market.

We are a small, fresh team with limited experience — but we are driven, united, and proud to take on every challenge together. SHINRAI Corporation is committed to achieving a respected and trustworthy presence in both the Japanese and Nepalese business landscapes.
